Last week on Bill Moyers Journal, they had a interview with the head of an excellent new organization called Catalog Choice, which allows you to opt-out from the masses of catalogs that we all receive. It is easy to use, only takes a few minutes, and will reduce the massive amounts of waste we all produce as those endless catalogs go from mailbox to trash without even being glanced at. So, as the holiday season approaches and those catalogs arrive by the dozen, please take a few minutes, sign-in and opt-out of this tremendous waste of resources.
